Event Description

This weekly mindfulness session will give you the opportunity to start your day from a place of balance, calm & clarity, by providing half an hour of precious ‘you’ time.

Mindfulness isn’t something we cognitively understand - it’s something we know by doing. So why not take this opportunity for a morning guided sit & see how it is for you?

Whether you’re a seasoned meditator or it’s something you’ve been curious about but never tried, this drop in is for you. Everyone is welcome. All you need is a quiet space (or earphones) to enable you to be fully present with the guided mindfulness meditation.

  • Duration: 30 mins
  • Online Zoom event: Join from your computer, phone or tablet (a recording will be available)
  • Please arrive for the session a few minutes before as the virtual doors will close promptly at 0903. Entrance won’t be available after that as we will be in meditation.

Meet the Host, Claire

Claire qualified as a mindfulness teacher in 2017 after a year long training at the Sussex Mindfulness centre. 

Claire set up hello mindful, an online organisation delivering varies Mindfulness offerings - as a way to make Mindfulness as accessible as possible - to help people gain the tools to optimise their emotional, mental, physical & spiritual wellbeing. 

Claire offers a light hearted & informal teaching style, making everyone feel at ease & included. She likes nothing more than to help people live a life of more ease through this transformative practice.

What if I can’t make the event?

If a recording’s available for the event, you can still register for it and we will send you an email with a link to a recording shortly after it ends.

Will my camera be on and will I be visible to the other people?

Your camera and microphone does not need to be on for you to enjoy the event. The choice about whether to do this is completely yours.

How do I watch the live event?

Rest Less events are hosted on Zoom, a computer application that allows you to attend online events just by clicking a link. For detailed instructions, please go to our "FAQ" page, which you can find a link to in the nav bar at the top of the page.

How do I sign-up for and access the recording? (Recorded events only)

Book the event as normal (as if you are attending live). After the event ends you will automatically receive a post-event email with a link to the recording, as long as the event was recorded. You do not need to do anything else and there is no separate booking process for recordings only. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for Zoom to process recordings.
