Event Description

Loosen the limbs with a yoga stretch. Suitable for every body type this yoga class will help you discover new things about your body and reconnect with other parts you may have forgotten. Bring a chair as this will be a seated class but if that's not for you, we can adapt for you. Whether you join seated, lying down or standing, you’ll be made to feel very welcome. You'll be guided through a calming practice which works for you, while leaving you empowered by what your body is capable of. If you have them, bring along a bolster, blocks, straps and a blanket. Pillows make good bolsters, a scarf or dressing gown cord makes a good strap and thick books make good blocks.

From April 22nd onwards, Julie Jones will be covering this class.

Meet the Host, Julie

Julie serves her small Welsh Newtown, as a YA 200 hours Yoga Teacher and meditation practitioner through her little non profit company cre8 wellbeing ltd. Julie's Chair Yoga classes are very popular and she travels to a number of village halls, older persons homes and women's groups to accommodate her rural communities needs. She is a qualified group and Personal Trainer at her local leisure centre, Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and Trauma and Breathwork coach having re-trained in her Mid 40's, leaving her 26 year career in children and families front line social work, to discover her life's true purpose.

She loves nature walking with her loving Chihuahua pup Stella, dancing, reading to learn & grow, singing, cycling, practicing psychic readings & Quantum Energy Healing.

Julie is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to connect in healing love & Light with other beautiful Souls in her classes. Finding her true calling & life's purpose is a Divine blessing which she shares affectionately.

What if I can’t make the event?

If a recording’s available for the event, you can still register for it and we will send you an email with a link to a recording shortly after it ends.

Will my camera be on and will I be visible to the other people?

Your camera and microphone does not need to be on for you to enjoy the event. The choice about whether to do this is completely yours.

How do I watch the live event?

Rest Less events are hosted on Zoom, a computer application that allows you to attend online events just by clicking a link. For detailed instructions, please go to our "FAQ" page, which you can find a link to in the nav bar at the top of the page.

How do I sign-up for and access the recording? (Recorded events only)

Book the event as normal (as if you are attending live). After the event ends you will automatically receive a post-event email with a link to the recording, as long as the event was recorded. You do not need to do anything else and there is no separate booking process for recordings only. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for Zoom to process recordings.
