Really find these sessions good.. (2nd one now!). Helen has a lovely approach and takes you through each exercise clearly and with reminders to check posture. I missed the first section as I forgot the date!! And these are not recorded, so you need to make sure its in your diary and in your head!!

A gentle stretching session I did Pilates some years ago and Yoga too. Before the Pandemic, I went to a variety of classes- Easyline gym, Hydrotherapy, Tai Chi and Aqua. With these stopping, I still gardened and took up walking in my Local Country Park using Nordic poles. However, I felt I needed a stretching exercise and seated Pilates is just the thing. Helen shows you her posture for the exercises and I follow- but not push my body. The pace and range of exercises makes me feel good. This is a lovely session for getting back a toned body working to your limits.

Helen gives very clear instructions, explaining each move very thoroughly. Just wish it was for an hour instead of 45 minutes.

An excellent class. Helen is a terrific teacher and you feel as though you are part of a real class with other people. The exercises are well explained and demonstrated and safety is paramount. The length and timing are just right too and after class I feel taller and more supple than before. I shall definitely be joining again. Thank you.

I was very impressed. It was similar to a Gentle Exercise to Music class that I did with U3A until a couple of years ago and have greatly missed. I was surprised at how many of the exercises I was familiar with, which gave me confidence. Helen was excellent and demonstrated everything effectively. I thought the pace was just right. I shall certainly continue. Thank you.

I enjoy these sessions. I tried the standing one but, unfortunately, could not manage them.
