Excellent, as always. I appreciate that the purpose of each exercise is explained so that it makes sense. Helen has a lovely light touch manner.

Good online experience. Well demonstrated and easy to follow. I have done Pilates for years but I think beginners would have no problem doing this class either as Helen explains everything very well.

I was very impressed. It was similar to a Gentle Exercise to Music class that I did with U3A until a couple of years ago and have greatly missed. I was surprised at how many of the exercises I was familiar with, which gave me confidence. Helen was excellent and demonstrated everything effectively. I thought the pace was just right. I shall certainly continue. Thank you.
