In this unique and amusing talk, John talks about two dozen of his favourite characters from English history, recounting amusing details of their lives and identifying where you can visit to pay your respects.

Meet The Speaker, John

John has been a professional historian and speaker for over 40 years. For much of that time, John also taught at the University of Kent as well as for the WEA and Denman College. His specialist subject is ecclesiology – the study of church architecture and associated topics.
