Join certified Laughter Yoga Leader Sylvia for this unique session, combining laughter with breathing and stretching exercises – this will most certainly give your Monday morning a boost.
Sylvia will facilitate the exercises. When we laugh, we release feel-good hormones that uplift our mood, help to combat stress and even relieve pain.

Meet the Host, Sylvia
Sylvia has a business background and a strong interest in natural health and therapies, she has a foundation training in counselling skills (COSCA), is a Jikiden Reiki practitioner and a Certified TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider.
When the pandemic hit she asked herself what the world really needs and concluded: health, joy and laughter! Laughter Yoga ticks all these boxes and she wants as many people as possible to join in – as laughter is contagious, in a good way!
Preparing for the Event
Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of Laugher Yoga, once said:
"I have not seen anybody dying of laughter. I know millions who are dying because they are not laughing."
