Join Elaine for some gentle, mindful yoga. Stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax! Each class will start with a breath awareness session, followed by some postures (standing, sitting, kneeling, and laying), finishing with a lovely relaxation. By the end of the session, Elaine hopes you will feel the benefits physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll need a non-slip exercise mat, a cushion, and a blanket. Wear loose comfortable clothes.

Meet the Host, Elaine
Elaine has been enjoying yoga for well over 45 years and has been teaching others for 15 years. She teaches in a gentle mindful style, encouraging everyone to listen to their bodies and enjoy an oasis of calm in a busy life. Elaine trained to teach with the British Wheel of Yoga and has continued to gain additional qualifications including teaching the more mature, yoga for back pain, meditation and mindfulness.
