We will loosen off the whole body before getting up to our feet and checking our posture ready to start the day
This class can be done on an exercise mat on the floor or if you prefer on a bed. Please also bring a pillow or cushion along to provide head support when turning onto sides.

Meet the Host, Helen
Helen is a chartered physiotherapist with over 30 years experience in Physiotherapy, and has been a Pilates instructor for the past 10 years. Having worked in orthopaedics and an NHS Back Pain clinic, she is passionate about the importance of maintaining muscle strength and joint mobility to avoid back pain and joint damage. She is a keen cyclist, runner and allotment holder who loves supporting her clients to stay active and enjoy their hobbies, whatever they may be.
Preparing for the Event
Equipment: If you have an exercise mat to go on the floor, you can use it. Alternatively, you can do this class on your bed.
- Position yourself in front of the camera

Just what I need to wake my ache'y body up in the morning. Helen is very professional.
A great morning stretch out. Well explained and encouraged to work within your own range of mobility. Would love it if the class was on every morning.
