I’m glad I found you. I said this to my wife - without Mirthy, my life would be far less richer than it is now.

Event Description

This 60 minute interactive session will be a relaxed & informative look at Mindfulness & meditation.

We will take a look at what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), explore the history of this ancient tradition & discuss how it became a popular ‘buzz’ word in today's culture. We will look at the ways Mindfulness can be used to optimise your emotional, mental, physical & spiritual health. Of course, we will be doing some Mindfulness practice too. There will be 10 minutes at the end for Q&A

  • Duration: 1 hr
  • Online Zoom event: Join from your computer, phone or tablet (no replay available)
