Event Description

Pre-event preparation: Marinating the chicken

1)Wash the chicken with lemon and vinegar.

2) Then marinate the chicken with the following ingredients:

LEMON AND VINEGAR 
1tbsp OLIVE OIL
1tbsp HOMEMADE GREEN SEASONING 
1tbsp CURRY POWDER 
1 1/2tbsp ALL PURPOSE SEASONING 
1tbsp CHICKEN SEASONING 
1tbsp CHICKEN SPICE SEASONING 
1tsp CHILLI FLAKES 
1tbsp GARLIC POWDER 
1/2tsp BLACK PEPPER 
1tsp TURMERIC 
1tsp CHILLI POWDER
1tsp GROUND CORIANDER 
1tsp GARAM MASALA 

The veg should also be cut up before 

1 ONION
2 GARLIC 
1 SPRING ONION 
1 SMALL TOMATO 
1 1/2 SCOTCH BONNET 
1 POTATOES 

REMAINING INGREDIENTS NEEDED:

9 pimento seeds
3tbsp oil (for frying the chicken)

2tbsp olive oil
1tbsp curry powder
1tsp homemade green seasoning
1tsp all-purpose seasoning
1tsp chicken spice seasoning
1tsp chicken seasoning
1/4tsp black pepper
1tsp turmeric

1tsp chilli powder
1tsp ground coriander 
1tsp garam masala
1 tin of coconut milk
1 chicken stock cube + 1 cup of hot water
1/2tsp coriander
